Sounds hopeful! They now have to wait for Judge Moon's decision.

I waited to send this email thinking Liberty Counsel might do a written update Monday/yesterday, but nothing so far. They did send the further-below email late Friday with link to an audio file but it doesn't work from iphone -- not sure what audio file format they use at their site. So I checked their YouTube channel & found the above video.

Since I love to "play" (create), I also made on iphone (what I think) is a "fun" slideshow (with video clips included) re Staver vs. ObamaCare. It looks great on iphone but because it is 27+ minutes & 1.1gig (uncompressed), it is "stuck" in the "Reel Director" iphone app (w/a copy in phone's camera roll) because it is too big to email, & too big to upload to youtube, & too big to even zap via MMS text messaging to my sis who also has an iphone. :-(

Since I see me doing more such "fun" endeavors in the future, I'm seeking a solution! ... ie, iphone apps & sites that will let you upload from iphone to sites that host longer/bigger slideshows/videos than what youtube allows. Will be posting more about that (one of these days) at

If anybody knows of any such apps & sites, please do let me know (TPR @ Posterous & Amplify have Comment sections: Posterous no log in required; Amplify requires log in for Comments).

I have not compressed my new "creation" because I hear compression kills quality, & it looks great & crystal clear as is (uncompressed), so I'm chicken to compress it yet.

(FWIW, with "Reel Director" app, you can add background music to your slideshow &/or video, but you need iPhone 4 & wifi (I think), & I only have iPhone 3Gs & no wifi. Hence, a "silent slideshow" with "live" videos added in various frames. Still it's cute, imnho! :)

My staff and I just left the courtroom after presenting oral arguments before a U.S. District Court Judge in Virginia in our case to have Obama-Care ruled unconstitutional.

During today's arguments, I was very much aware that this battle will be one of the most difficult we have faced here at Liberty Counsel. It is clear that the Obama Justice
Department is taking our case very seriously. And the Department of Justice (DOJ) has virtually unlimited human resources and a budget of over $26 billion!

Of course, Liberty Counsel cannot compete with the "deep pockets" of the federal government. It is also true that our budget has been stressed by this case and many other vital efforts under way right now. But today's hearing has only increased my determination to do everything in our
power to stop ObamaCare from being implemented. The Obama
administration's political will to force healthcare "reform" on the American people - whether it is constitutional or
not - gives us reason to believe they intend to take this battle to the next level.

We simply cannot fight a battle as significant as this one without the faithful and generous support of
